UP Los Baños is set for its February Fair!
A week-long showcase of music, art, and advocacy that seeks to educate people about social and political concerns both inside and outside of the university while entertaining those in attendance.
The third day of the fair is handled by Anakbayan – UP Los Baños, League of Filipino Students – UPLB, Panday Sining – UP Los Baños, and NNARA-Youth UPLB entitled “Paglaum: Tanghalan ng Pakikidigma.”
“Paglaum” is a Hiligaynon word which means hope. This event is aiming to make a stand for the rights of Filipino peasants and land reform.
The initial line-up of OPM artists that will perform for Paglaum includes Andrøid-18, The Ridleys, and Cup of Joe. More artists are expected to be revealed within the week.
Admission to the concert is FREE. Paglaum will take place on February 15 at the UPLB Freedom Park.
